3. Offer! (EOD Wednesday January 14th)
4. Start Training (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

WHO WE ARE
We’re an award-winning TikTok Live shopping agency and studio producing high-production, high-conversion live shopping shows for top consumer brands. As our brand partners increase their live schedules and new brands come on board, we’re opening a limited number of Live Stream Operations Coordinator roles to support our expanding studio output.
We operate TikTok Live channels end to end, from storefront management to live execution, and this role sits at the core of that system. We’re bringing people on carefully, because once trained, Coordinators become a trusted part of our live production team.
As a Live Stream Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for the operational side of each live show. You’ll manage the live chat, pinned products, flash deals, sound effects, digital camera and backend tools in real time while working closely with an on-camera Host. Your focus, timing, and judgment directly affect how the show performs.
This role is designed for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. It’s about showing up prepared, executing consistently, and improving with every live. For the right person, this is a chance to enter a fast-growing industry and build real skills in live production and e-commerce sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run TikTok Live backend tools during live shopping shows
- Manage live chat, answer questions, and moderate comments
- Pin products and switch featured items in real time
- Launch flash sales, coupons, and limited-time deals
- Trigger sound effects and engagement tools
- Monitor live performance and adjust pacing mid-show
- Send cues and reminders to the Host during the stream
- Keep the show running smoothly while adapting to audience behavior
HOW YOU’LL WORK
- Partner 1-on-1 with a Live Stream Host for every show
- Handle all technical and operational tools so the Host stays on camera
- Collaborate with Project Managers to follow brand strategy
- Thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative studio environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfort learning and using live software tools and dashboards
- Clear communication and calm decision-making under pressure
- Sales-oriented mindset and interest in performance metrics
- Reliable for scheduled live shows
- Availability for evening and weekend livestreams
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED in live streaming, e-commerce, gaming streams, or event production. We train the right people.
SCHEDULE & PAY
- 30+ hours a week (we prioritize those with more availability).
- Typically supporting 2 brands per week
- Hourly Rate: $20–$30/hr (based on brand & experience)
- Paid every other Friday
- More hours available with strong performance
