Job Description
Ascended is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Disposition Manager to oversee the resale of properties that are already under contract. This role is responsible for pricing, marketing, and selling deals to our existing network of investor buyers. All buyer leads are provided—no cold calling or outbound prospecting required.
The ideal candidate understands investor buy criteria, can create urgency through professional marketing, and excels at coordinating transactions from contract assignment through closing.
Key Responsibilities
Take properties already under contract and prepare them for disposition
Price deals appropriately based on investor buy boxes and market conditions
Market properties to inbound and warm investor buyer leads
Manage buyer inquiries, schedule walkthroughs, and collect offers
Select the strongest buyer based on price, terms, and ability to close
Coordinate assignments or double closes with title, escrow, and internal teams
Maintain accurate deal notes, buyer activity, and status updates in CRM
Ensure smooth handoff from acquisitions to closing

Qualifications
Experience in real estate dispositions, wholesaling, or investor sales
Strong understanding of investor pricing, ARV, and deal structuring
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Experience selling to cash buyers, flippers, and landlords
Familiarity with assignment contracts and double-close transactions
CRM experience (Gohighlevel.)
