Part-Time Junk Removal & Hauling – Helpers & Drivers

JunkBug LLC is looking for part-time Helpers and Drivers to join our junk removal & hauling crew. We serve all of Orange County and handle everything from general junk to donations. This is a part-time role with flexible hours—great for someone looking to add income without a full-time commitment.

💰 Pay & Hours
• Helper: $18/hour starting + tips
• Driver: $23/hour + tips
• Part-time only
• 16–40 hours per week, depending on workload and availability
• Hours vary week to week

Tips can be very generous, especially on larger jobs.

🔹 Helper (Crew Member)

What you’ll do:
• Load and unload junk, furniture, appliances, and debris
• Separate items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Help protect client homes (floors, walls, doorways)
• Wear shoe covers when needed
• Be friendly, respectful, and professional with clients

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
• Comfortable with physical work
• Reliable transportation to meet the crew
• Someone who shows up when scheduled and works well with others
• Labor, moving, or junk removal experience is a plus but not required

🔹 Driver (Truck Operator)

Pay: $23/hour + tips
Hours: 16–40 hours per week

What you’ll do:
• Drive company trucks throughout Orange County
• Load and secure materials properly
• Help lead jobs and keep things running smoothly
• Keep trucks clean and ready for the next job

Driver Requirements:
• Valid California driver’s license
• Clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable driving box trucks or similar vehicles
• Must be insurable under company policy
