We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Tradesman to join our growing team. This position offers steady work across multiple residential projects throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform skilled trade work such as framing, drywall, carpentry, repairs, and general construction

Read and follow plans, drawings, and instructions

Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Work independently or as part of a team

Follow all safety guidelines and jobsite procedures

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential construction or skilled trades

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods

Ability to work on multiple job sites across the county

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Punctual, dependable, and professional
