Revenue & Retention Specialist

(North County San Diego – Primarily Remote)

About the Role
We are hiring a Revenue & Retention Specialist to own renewals, retention, and expansion across our existing customer base.

What You’ll Own
Revenue retention and logo churn
Renewal forecasting & risk identification
Payment recovery, billing clarity, and renewal execution

What You’ll Do
Manage customer renewals and renewal forecasting
Identify renewal risk using usage and adoption data
Handle renewal conversations and collection calls confidently
Partner closely with Finance, CS, Sales, and Product
Prepare revenue, retention, and collections reports

You’re a Fit If You
Have experience with renewals, retention, or collections
Have clear, confident communication with customers
Are comfortable working with excel and internal systems for reporting, analysis, and execution
Are comfortable with billing systems and seat-based pricing

Ideal Background (Preferred)
Deep experience with:
Accounts receivables collection
Renewals & retention optimization
Billing systems (Stripe, Recurly, etc.)
SaaS & user seat billing experience is a bonus
