We are looking for a warm, confident, and dependable team member to join our school family in a full-time, year-round position that changes with the season.

During the school year, this role supports our Kindergarten classroom as an aide, working closely with the lead teacher to help maintain a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment. In the summer, this position transitions into leading our School-Age program for children ages 6–12, planning meaningful activities while providing clear expectations, consistency, and strong guidance throughout the day.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with active, high-energy children, feels comfortable taking the lead, and can balance fun with structure. Our summer program thrives when the teacher is confident, organized, and able to guide group dynamics in a positive and respectful way.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

* Reliable and consistent with strong classroom management skills
* Comfortable leading a group and setting clear boundaries
* Creative and engaging, while maintaining structure and routine
* Patient, steady, and able to redirect behavior positively
* Team-oriented and aligned with a structured, age-appropriate program

Qualifications:
* 12 ECE units, including School-Age Development
* Or willingness to enroll in required classes right away
* Prior Kindergarten or School-Age experience strongly preferred

Pay:
Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications $20 to $25
