Estate Manager - Residential Maintenance & Projects

Premier Home Care by Fontana Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the ongoing care, maintenance, and small project execution for high-end residential estates throughout the Bay Area.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of residential construction who enjoys proactive planning, field leadership, and direct client interaction. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring each property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and small projects across assigned residential estates
• Coordinate subcontractors, service providers, and inspections
• Plan preventive maintenance, schedules, and long-term estate needs
• Review plans, scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Communicate directly with homeowners and design professionals
• Maintain accurate service records and estate documentation
• Ensure jobsite safety and quality control
• Perform hands-on field work as needed, including site walks, inspections, and oversight of active work
• Apply practical field construction experience to troubleshoot issues
• Provide occasional after-hour, weekend, or emergency response support as needed to address urgent estate matters

Qualifications
• 5-7+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, maintenance, or estate management
• Strong knowledge of residential building systems and ability to read plans
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple properties simultaneously
• Professional communication skills with high-net-worth clients
• Strong organizational, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Polished, professional presentation appropriate for high-end residential environments
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening, consistent with work in private residential estates
