What You'll Do:
Gain hands-on experience with:
- Configuring and supporting various operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.
- TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN security.
- Setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Mobile device and email configuration for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to our diverse client base.

What We’re Looking For:

- A proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- A proactive willingness to learn.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac OS.
- Experience with System Administration.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in San Carlos, CA. Please note that relocation assistance is not available, and applicants must reside within a 45-minute commute of San Carlos. U.S. work authorization is required; sponsorship for employment visas is not available.
