This is 𝙣𝙤𝙩 your typical sales role — but an opportunity to build genuine and lasting relationships, sharing the unique stories and heritage crafted within each of our wines. This individual will not only serve as a personal “𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞” to our customers, but also as the voice and heart of our brand, creating memorable connections via outbound sales channels and tailored recommendations.

· Outgoing and confident — not shy to pick up the phone or come up with creatively curated emails
· Customer-focused with a warm, service-first approach — a true people person with outstanding communication skills and a passion for storytelling
· Proactive, creative, and excited to drive sales through relationships, not transactions
· A collaborative teammate who thrives in a positive, team-oriented culture
· Self-motivated, organized, and ready to think big while staying hands-on
· Brings 3+ years of DTC or outbound/telesales experience (wine industry experience 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝!)

🏡 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Geyserville, CA — onsite 4 days/week, remote on Fridays!

💰 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: $19-$23/hour (DOE) plus generous monthly commission on sales, additional quarterly DTC bonus incentives, and the chance to grow your career in the wine industry.

California Pay Transparency Disclaimer: This is a Non-Exempt/Seasonal position and is eligible for overtime pay as needed. The full pay range for this position is $18.46 to 28.86 per hour before total rewards and bonus incentives. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
