Job Description

Provide administrative support to accountants and Tax Preparers by performing clerical and organizational tasks, including:

. Preparing, organizing, and maintaining client files and financial documents

. Data entry of accounting and payroll information

. Assisting with tax return assembly and e-filing support

. Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls) with clients and agencies

. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

. Scanning, copying, and filing documents (both digital and physical)

. Tracking deadlines and following up on missing information

. Supporting general office operations as needed
