Family Home Support Caregiver & Activities Support Staff (Three Roles Available)

We are seeking experienced caregivers to support a remarkable young adult male with intellectual disabilities and medical needs in his family home and throughout the community.

🔹 Overnight / Morning Support Role:
Sleep in caregiver to monitor a seizure alert system overnight, respond if needed, and assist with morning routines including medication administration and getting ready for the day. First Aid/CPR and QMAP Certifications required.

🔹 Adaptive Ski / Snowboarding Program Companion (Seasonal):
Accompany him to a weekly adaptive ski/snowboarding program in Eldora, CO on Thursdays (10am–5pm), January–March. Certified instructors, equipment, and a private lodge are provided. No cost to the provider if interested in skiing/snowboarding. Transportation compensation can be discussed with the family.

🔹 Activities Support Role (1:1):
Provide individualized 1:1 activity support for music programs, Special Olympics, recreation, and structured outings.

✅ Minimal behaviors with structure and consistency
✅ Very active, music loving, and engaged in the community
✅ Clear routines and established safety protocols

💰 This is private pay managed by the family. Negotiable compensation depending on experience, qualifications, and role.
