Job Description

We’re hiring for a critical seat in our CNC machine shop. This role keeps production flowing and allows the shop to run efficiently. If you like structured, repeatable work and take pride in doing things right every time, this is a solid position.

This is small-part precision assembly. It is clean, organized, and process-driven. This is not construction, fabrication, or creative shop work. It’s about consistency and accuracy.

You may be a great fit if you enjoy:

Detailed, hands-on work
Repeating a process and improving at it
Keeping things organized and counted
Working in a calm, structured environment

What you’ll do:

Assemble small components following defined procedures
Tie knots and install small hardware
Operate a laser engraver and pneumatic press
Perform final inspection and packaging
Maintain accurate part counts and organized work bins
Keep a clean, orderly workstation

This job requires:

Following processes exactly
Keeping precise part counts at all times
Strong attention to detail
Clear communication
Reliability and consistency

Details:

Pay: $18–$22/hr, based on experience
Schedule: 20 hours per week to start, with potential to increase
Hours are flexible within normal shop hours
Clean, quiet, organized work environment
Training provided

This role is about discipline and flow. If you start the day with 10 bins of parts, you should end the day with 10 bins of finished parts. Organization and accountability matter here.

We’re looking for someone who:

Shows up when scheduled
Communicates clearly if plans change
Takes responsibility for quality
Enjoys structured, repeatable work

If you like knowing exactly what’s expected and enjoy being a key part of a well-run operation, this could be a great long-term fit.
