Landscape Maintenance Foreman - Lead Outdoor Crew!

Southern Exposure is hiring a Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance crews. If you know plants and turf care, and you can lead a team, this is your job.

What You’ll Do:
Lead maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties
Schedule and manage daily work
Inspect properties and make sure work meets company standards
Communicate with crew, clients, and management

What We’re Looking For:
4+ years in landscape maintenance
Crew leadership experience
Knowledge of irrigation, plants, and turf care
Reliable, organized, and able to solve problems on-site
Valid driver’s license
