Laptop/PC repair technician - McLean

Seeking an experienced desktop and laptop hardware repair technician to support a major client in the McLean, VA area. The ideal candidate will be an expert in diagnosing and repairing laptops/PCs manufactured by Dell. In addition to repairing equipment, the selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met by the on-site team that includes two other technicians. Day shift Monday - Friday. Must have previous experience in a HIGH volume environment.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive technical knowledge with IT hardware devices (Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, etc.).
Experience working with service management systems to track, meet, and report SLAs. Ideally HP Service Now.
Current Dell repair certifications or the ability to pass certification within one week of hire. Comptia A+ is desired.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to image computers and perform diagnosis as necessary.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11. Macbook experience is a plus.
