Job Description

PLEASE READ-don’t miss out on a great summer in Alaska 2026 June-September


Past seasonal work preferred, but not required.
This is not a beginner position- you should have thick skin, great work ethic, and able to work alone at times, under the direction of the Executive Chef

Exceptional knife skills
Punctual (on time)
Able to work 7 days a week for 13 plus weeks
Scratch cooking/creative skill
Able to stand for long periods of time, haul freight up and down small gravel paths- in all weather conditions. Rain, wind, temps in the 80s AT TIMES!
Cool temps in mid 40s
Able to operate 4wheeler
Sweep,mop, trash, always cleaning, Dishes, re stocking, great organizational skills. All the kitchen duties, we all do it around here.
NO DRUGS! Minimal drinking is ok. It’s not fun with a hangover around here, because it would be your last day.

*You are responsible for your own travel - we will pick up at airport, and transport to lodge.

*You are responsible for your own knives/kitchen gadgets, ect. However tools are available to use.

*you are responsible for your kitchen uniform,shoes, apron ect.

Pay will be discussed during phone conversation, and based on experience. Salary Paid monthly

Tips average around $1000 per week.
