Production Lead Modular Home builder/ General Construction Labor

Overview
We are a startup modular home builder specializing in high-end residential construction. We are
seeking a versatile Production Lead capable of taking ownership across fabrication, site work, and
installation activities, appropriate to their experience level. This role includes hands-on involvement with
digital fabrication workflows, CNC-guided production, and machinery operation.
Role & Responsibilities
1. CNC-guided production and operation of shop machinery, including working within digital fabrication
workflows.
2. Light-gauge steel framing and installation of MEP conveyance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC,
low-voltage).
3. Spreadsheet, CAD, and CNC experience a plus, with the ability to interface with CNC tools strongly
preferred.
4. Operate across task levels as needed, from maintaining an organized workspace to installation of
high-end finishes, fixtures, and millwork.
5. Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficient workflows across shop and site environments.
6. Communicate clearly with team members and partners.
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to multiple building trades
• CNC or production machinery experience
• Light-gauge steel framing
• Residential, modular, or off-site construction
• Plumbing, HVAC, and/or electrical experience
• Finish carpentry
