Vacation Sales Representative (Phone Sales)

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time,

We are seeking motivated and confident Vacation Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Remote. This is a phone-based sales role ideal for individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers and following a proven process.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Read a short, provided script and engage customers professionally
• Turn over qualified calls to the closing team
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude on the phone
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance goals

Schedule
• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Compensation
• $ Base pay
• Commission plus spiffs (bonuses and incentives)
• Opportunity for consistent earnings with strong performance

Requirements
• Comfortable with phone sales and outbound calling & Must Have your own Desktop and Headsets
• Ability to follow a script and stay on message
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
