Senior General Contractor – Oversight / Partner Role (Los Angeles)

We are a Los Angeles–based General Contractor developing a 20-unit multifamily project in Koreatown (concrete podium + 5-story wood construction).

We are seeking a senior, highly experienced General Contractor to join our company in an oversight / leadership role and serve as Responsible Managing Employee (RME) under a clean, fully compliant CSLB structure.

This is NOT license lending.

Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level construction oversight
• Ensure CSLB compliance and best practices
• Guide project execution and subcontractor coordination
• Participate in key construction and business decisions

Requirements:
• Active California Class B license
• 15+ years of construction experience
• Eligible to serve as RME (not qualifying another company)
• Strong multifamily / mixed-use experience preferred
• Willing to be involved long-term
