About the Role
This role is responsible for estimating, takeoffs, and managing civil construction projects from bid through completion. The position supports underground utilities, grading, and site development work and coordinates closely with field crews, subcontractors, and local agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Arizona civil projects
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
Manage project budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking
Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and inspectors
Track change orders, RFIs, and project documentation

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in civil construction estimating and/or project management
Strong knowledge of underground utilities, grading, and site work
Ability to read and interpret civil plans, profiles, and specifications
