Wildfire Rebuild Property Owner & Operations COORDINATOR (Trainee → Professional)
For candidates with background or education in design, real estate, engineering, or construction.
Work directly with licensed professionals helping clients understand project requirements, permitting, and cost control.
Combination of in-Office, remote, online, repeat and new tasks.
Pay: graduated share of contracts ($20 K – $70 K range over time).

Requires communication skill, integrity, and persistence—not drafting.

Mix of weekday and Saturday blocks; flexible early morning or evening options.

Conversational English (required); Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
