Ascended is seeking a relationship-driven Capital Raiser to manage conversations with investors who are actively seeking opportunities to fund our real estate deals. This role focuses on inbound and warm investor calls, educating capital partners on deal structures, and facilitating funding for property flips, rental acquisitions, and select prop-tech investments.

The ideal candidate is confident discussing returns, risk, timelines, and deal mechanics, and excels at building long-term investor relationships based on trust, transparency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and inquiries from accredited and non-accredited investors

Present real estate investment opportunities, deal structures, and projected returns

Match investor capital with appropriate projects (flips, rentals, joint ventures, debt)

Coordinate funding timelines with acquisitions and operations teams

Maintain ongoing relationships with capital partners and repeat investors

Assist with investor onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes

Maintain accurate investor records, notes, and follow-ups in CRM systems

Support leadership with capital planning and funding strategies

Qualifications

Experience in capital raising, investor relations, real estate investing, or finance

Strong understanding of real estate deal structures (equity, debt, preferred returns)

Confident communicator comfortable discussing financial performance and risk

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

CRM and investor management experience preferred

Preferred Background

Real estate investing, private lending, syndications, or fund management

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or family offices

Familiarity with securities regulations and investor compliance (helpful, not required)
