Quality Inspector – Temp to Hire
Location: Lake Elsinore, CA
Pay: $21–$24/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Work Schedule: 4/10s (Fridays off)

Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting aerospace manufacturing. This role performs receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure all products and documentation meet quality and regulatory standards. Aerospace experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections
• Verify compliance with drawings, POs, and specifications
• Review supplier certifications and inspection reports
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI)
• Maintain quality records and stamp control
• Sign Certificates of Conformance (C of C)
• Identify and track shelf-life items

Qualifications
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards (NADCAP a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and microscopes
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• MRP system experience a plus

Work Environment
• Manufacturing and inspection environment
• Standing and/or sitting for extended periods
• Quiet to moderate noise levels
