The Client Care Coordinator-Aesthetic Medical Practice
We are seeking a reliable, patient focused Client Care Coordinator, who collaborates well with coworkers in a team-oriented environment to join our aesthetic medical practice. This is a supportive, cross-coverage role that assists both our nurse practitioners and front office manager to ensure a smooth, customer service orientated experience.
Responsibilities include:
-Hands on clinical support for nurse practitioners
-Skin prepping/numbing for laser and aesthetic treatments
-Assisting with charting/logging in computer
-Restocking treatment rooms and room turnover
-Front desk coverage as needed
-Supporting team to maintain daily workflow
