💼 Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years

What You’ll Do 🔑
• 🤝 Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and help build a strong community
• 📝 Leasing: Conduct tours, process applications, and onboard new residents
• 🛠️ Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs with vendors and maintain property standards
• 💰 Rent Management: Handle rent collections and maintain organized digital records
• ⚖️ Compliance: Ensure adherence to LA Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) and Fair Housing laws

What We’re Looking For ✅
• ⏳ 1+ years of on-site property management experience
• 📱 Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital systems
• 🗣️ Strong communication and people skills
• 🛠️ Proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
