Full-Time | $22–$25/hour + Commission Opportunities
We are a well-established, family-owned plumbing company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator / Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is the operational backbone of our office—handling calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring smooth daily flow between customers and field crews.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
* Schedule and dispatch plumbers efficiently based on location, urgency, and skill set
* Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day
* Create and manage work orders, invoices, and customer records
* Collect payments, process invoices, and assist with billing questions
* Follow up with customers for satisfaction and future service opportunities
* Support office operations and assist management as needed
Qualifications
* Prior experience in dispatching, office administration, or customer service (home services preferred)
* Strong phone etiquette and customer-service mindset
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and basic office systems
* Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
Compensation & Benefits
*$22–$25 per hour, based on experience
