Job Description

We are looking for someone experienced with submitting bids for projects such as city bids, state bids, and government contracts. If you’ve worked with RFPs/RFQs, compliance forms, and bid portals, we want to talk.

This role supports our print/signage production capabilities and helps us win more public-sector and institutional work.

Responsibilities:

Find and track bid opportunities (city/state/government, schools, agencies, etc.)

Review RFP/RFQ documents and summarize requirements/deadlines

Prepare bid packages: forms, compliance docs, pricing sheets, and attachments

Upload/submit through bid portals (SAM.gov and other city/state platforms)

Coordinate with our team for pricing, production details, and timelines

Manage a calendar of deadlines, addenda, and required updates

Maintain a library of standard documents (W-9, insurance, certifications, references, past performance, etc.)

Requirements:

Proven experience submitting government bids or formal RFP/RFQ proposals

Strong attention to detail (missing one document can kill a bid)

Comfortable working with PDFs, Excel, portals, and email follow-ups

Ability to communicate clearly and stay organized under deadlines

Bonus (not required):

Experience with printing, signage, fabrication, or packaging

Familiarity with SAM.gov, cooperative purchasing, school districts, or agency procurement

Ability to help build templates and a repeatable bid system

Work Setup / Pay:

Flexible schedule

Primarily remote is possible, but availability for meetings/check-ins is required

Pay depends on experience (hourly, per-bid, or retainer options available)
