Bicos Hospitality is seeking a driven and passionate Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team at Magnolia House. As we continue to expand our footprint in 2026, we are looking for a career-minded professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to exceptional hospitality.

The Role

As the AGM, you will be tasked with maintaining our high standards of dining and craft cocktail culture, in a neighborhood-focused restaurant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Staff Scheduling & Budgeting
Beverage & Inventory Management
Opening & Closing Duties
Costs Management
Staff Training & Coaching
Guests Relations
The ideal candidate brings:

Infectious Leadership
Knowledge of current food, wine, and cocktail trends
Great Communication
Proficiency in Toast POS, Microsoft Office, and CTUIT
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
