Looking for a reliable handyman to perform general maintenance and repairs for apartment buildings and common areas. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, locks, and unit turnovers. Must be able to work independently, respond to work orders promptly, and communicate professionally with management and residents. Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred. Reliable transportation and basic tools required. Full-time, part-time, or on-call. Competitive pay based on experience.
