🍚 NOW HIRING – Opening Members for Kimukatsu - Experienced Line Cooks + Servers 🍛

Kimukatsu Japanese fried pork katsu concept inside Tokyo Central PCH Torrance and are seeking experienced, reliable, and friendly team members who take pride in great food and great service!

Q.What is Tonkatsu?
Tonkatsu is a Japanese dish made from a breaded and deep-fried pork cutlet.
It is crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and usually served with shredded cabbage, rice, and savory tonkatsu sauce.

Q.What is Kimukatsu?
Kimukatsu is a well-known Japanese tonkatsu brand famous for its unique mille-feuille style pork cutlet.
Thin slices of pork are carefully layered, breaded, and fried, creating a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy texture. The brand’s flagship restaurant is located in Ebisu, Tokyo, and it is known for its refined presentation and high-quality ingredients.

🍳 Positions Available:
– Tonkatsu Cooks
– Servers

💰 Pay Rate:
$18 – $25 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

🕒 Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time available
Operational Hours: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM / 5:00PM – 9:00 PM , 7 Days a Week

✅ Requirements:
– Prior experience in fast-casual kitchen required
– Strong knife & prep skills
– Clean, organized, team-oriented work ethic
– Positive attitude & great communication skills
– Valid California Food Handler Card (or able to obtain)
