Janitor / Custodian – Full Time – Up scale Building

We’re looking for a reliable janitor to help keep our building clean and nice for residents and guests.
Pay:
• Up to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Duties:
•Clean common areas, hallways, restrooms, and amenities
•Clean pools, barbeques and other outdoor areas
• Move trash dumpsters, take out trash and recycling
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean windows, work from ladder
• Restock cleaning supplies
• Report any maintenance or safety issues
• Keep work areas clean and professional
• Clean spills or biohazard and other duties as required

• Customer service oriented
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work on your own and with a team
• Dependable and on time
• Janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus
