LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse - Medical Case Manager

$40/hour DOE • Weekdays Only • No Nights or Weekends

Marin Ventures is a supportive adult day program serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including medically fragile and older adults.

This is a hands-on LVN role with consistent hours (7:00am–3:30pm), strong benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

You Will:

Manage medical care and daily individual plans for assigned participants
Provide direct support and instructional services to non-medical caseload
Oversee medications and health documentation for facility
Respond to medical needs and emergencies
Train and support DSP staff on medical protocols
Work closely with families and providers


You Bring:

Active California LVN license
2+ years LVN experience
Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
Supervisory or lead experience
