Sales & Marketing Associate - Horticulture

Duke Farms is now hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate with a horticulture background to support trees and plant sales, customer relationships, and social media marketing in a nursery setting.
Duties:
• Assist customers with trees, plants, and landscaping products
• Provide plant recommendations and substitutions
• Process orders and follow up with customers
• Create and support social media posts and promotions
Requirements:
• Horticulture background required
• Strong social media skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• This is not a remote position

Pay: Hourly (based on experience) $18.00 - $20.00

Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm: Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
