Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. This role is critical in reviewing and closing jobs, preparing quotes, and communicating with customers and clients to ensure smooth project flow and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Review incoming jobs and assist with closing sales opportunitie
Prepare, follow up on, and manage customer quotes
Communicate professionally with customers and clients via phone and email
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure job accuracy and timely execution
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Assist with general administrative and sales support tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or administrative roles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and clients
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with quoting, CRM systems, or manufacturing/engineering environments is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
