Up to $26+/hour based on skill, experience, and performance

Job Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2+ years painting experience
✔ Strong prep skills (masking, sanding, patching, caulking, scraping)
✔ Able to spray, roll, and brush professionally
✔ Own basic painting tools
✔ Reliable transportation to job sites
✔ Shows up on time, works hard, and follows instructions
✔ Can work in residential & commercial environments
✔ Professional attitude with homeowners and team
Responsibilities:
Interior & exterior painting
Proper surface prep
Clean, detailed finish work
Jobsite cleanup
