Job Description: VAM Construction & Remodeling is hiring a Remodeling & Construction Technician to join our growing team. We are a remodeling and construction business seeking an honest, hard-working individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to a full 40-hour workweek. Pay will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience or working knowledge in the following areas:
Carpentry (framing, trim, cabinets, doors)
Drywall installation and repair
Painting and finishing
Flooring installation (tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl)
Demolition and job site preparation
Plumbing (fixtures, drains, minor repairs)
Electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
Other Related Experience

Qualifications
Honest, reliable, and strong work ethic
Punctual and dependable
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good customer service skills (working in clients’ homes)
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Physically able to perform construction work
Must have reliable transportation
Proficient in using mobile applications
