Hiring Servers Farmer & The Seahorse

Farmer & the Seahorse is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team. We’re a chef-driven restaurant focused on fresh, seasonal cuisine, exceptional service, and a welcoming guest experience.

Availability Requirements
Weekend availability is required
Open for lunch Monday - Friday and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities
Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
Guide guests through menu selections, including food and beverage pairings
Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred (upscale casual or full-service restaurant a plus)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
