Finish Carpenter / Finish Construction – Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced finish construction worker for full-time work. This position focuses on high-quality finish work for residential projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, remodeling, and flooring.

Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to):

Kitchen and bathroom finish work

Trim, baseboards, casing, and finish carpentry

Flooring installation and repair

Remodeling punch-list and detail work

Working from plans and specifications to deliver quality results

Requirements:

Proven experience in finish construction (experienced applicants only)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, professional, and punctual

Must have own basic hand tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
