Activities to include the following:
Help solve any issues encountered by patients.
Diligently track and manage customer inquiries.
Handle inquiries via email and phone.

Requirements:
Customer service maven
Keen attention to detail and a passion for excellence
Experienced with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Not a software developer but knows their way around software
Friendly, calm and humble
Some knowledge and interest in healthcare
