Farm Manager / Construction Supervisor in Hayfork--Housing Included

An Operator of a large scenic farming property, near a stream, is seeking a full-time on-site manager interested in developing and managing a farm consisting of agricultural and aquacultural components. This person should also be able to plan, supervise and manage a residential remodel of the current residence in Hayfork, Trinity County. Must have a construction and farming background; aquaculture experience is a plus. On-site 3+ bedroom single-family housing is provided as part of compensation.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement farming activities
• Schedule construction work, oversee and coordinate contractors
• Help in development of an agricultural and aquacultural farm
• Perform quality checks on all work
• Help hire additional contractors as needed
• Provide regular updates to a remote project team
• Manage operational and development crews

Requirements:
• Hands-on construction and farming experience
• Reliable, organized, able to work independently
• Willing to live on the property full time.
