Job Description
Seasonal Admin Clerk
Small, friendly CPA Firm located in Lafayette is seeking a tax season admin clerk.
The position begins February 1, 2026 and ends on April 15, 2026.
The candidate must be prompt, courteous and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Electronically sending tax returns to IRS and CA via software, managing electronic return updates via software (we will train), organizing and scanning client data into data management software (we will train), lite phones, some scheduling of client appointments, and other clerical tasks as requested.
Hours are Monday through Friday 35 hrs/wk (7 hours/day). No vacation of time off will be granted during the 10 week filing season.
Compensation: $25/hour.
