Rescue Towing is currently hiring an experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team in San Diego.

We are a fast-paced towing company working with private calls, police rotations, and fleet accounts. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and experienced in towing dispatch operations.

Requirements:
• Previous towing dispatch experience REQUIRED
• Knowledge of towing software / GPS tracking preferred
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiar with San Diego streets and surrounding areas
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts if needed

Responsibilities:
• Dispatch drivers efficiently and accurately
• Handle inbound calls from customers, police, and partners
• Update call statuses and driver locations
• Communicate clearly with drivers and management
• Maintain professionalism under pressure
