Part time Property Maintenance and Handyman - temporary work

We’re looking for a reliable handyman to help with general maintenance at a commercial business building. This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible hours.

Details:

Schedule: 3 days/week, about 3 hours per day

Pay: $25/hour

Hours: Flexible (weekdays)

Work: On-site, working independently and with the on-site manager

Typical Work Includes:

General repairs and light maintenance

Minor floor repairs and replacing flooring transitions

Patching, painting, light carpentry

Small plumbing fixes

Basic electrical work (lights, switches, outlets – nothing major)

Furniture assembly and small installs

Keeping common areas in good shape

You Should Have:

Handyman or maintenance experience

Your own basic tools

Be dependable and able to work on your own

Able to lift up to 50 lbs
