Seeking EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance ONSITE SUPERVISOR At SOVA ON GRANT - 12 Floor MIDRISE BUILDING
. Duties include:
• Team Player - EXPERIENCE NECESSARY & Good Attitude, Management & Delegation
• Apartment Renovation/Turns/Work Orders/Scheduling of Vendors
• Painting
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Knowledge of HVAC, we can provide for certification costs if not already EPA Certified
• Knowledge of Pools-CPO, we can provide for certification costs if not already CPO Certified
• Grounds which include Snow Removal & Ice Melt
• Emergency On-Call
