-Oversee daily operations, inventory, and financial performance
-Build guest relationships and community presence
-Support training, recruitment, and team growth

Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant management
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and hospitality culture
Strong financial and leadership skills
ServSafe certification

Requirement:
evenings/weekends and holiday availability
