residential window installation assistant

I'm looking for a window installation helper, some construction experience preferred but will train if a good fit.
10-99 pay structure, every Friday pm
A pinnacle subcontractor comp waiver is required
I install for a large window and door company in Denver, and I am busy year-round typically booked out 3-4 months
I am based out of Castle Rock, so must live in the south metro area to be economically functional.
My installs are from Longmont to Colorado Springs but 85% are in the south metro
***Must be a nonsmoker, clean and presentable!!!!***
Must have a reliable car to get to jobs or to the commute point
This job has some physical work carrying windows.
Must be able to work off ladders (i.e., not afraid of heights)
We typically work 33-43 hours per week
Typically, Monday thru Friday unless there are weather delays
Pay starts at $20 hour
