Big O Tires of Greeley is searching for a motivated, self-driven individual who’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position: Tire & Auto Service Salesperson
Location: Greeley, CO
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, creating lasting relationships and ensuring customers' needs are met.
Expertly sell tires and auto services, making sure customers receive the right products and services for their vehicles.
Stay up to date on all Big O products, services, and warranties through continuous training and knowledge sharing.
Help maintain showroom inventory, including receiving and stocking products.
Process estimates and invoices for cash, credit, and national accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
Work as part of a collaborative team to exceed customer expectations.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Attitude is key! A positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in tire and auto service sales is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly!
Knowledge: Solid understanding of auto service, tire sales, and preventive maintenance.
Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Attributes: A results-oriented self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional and approachable appearance.
License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
