FACILITIES MANAGER WANTED

Condominium Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking an experienced maintenance professional in Alexandria, Virginia for a full-time Facilities Manager position for a sixteen story hi-rise built in 1966 with residential and commercial owners. This position is full-time weekdays with rotating on call duties.  This is a hands on position requiring completion of regular maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities: 
Under the Supervision of the Director of Maintenance, the Facilities Manager will be assigned the tasks of maintaining the common areas of the condominium to include the hallways, HVAC, pool and pool house, gym and sauna, garage, storage areas, mailroom, elevators, laundry rooms, and mechanical and office spaces.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
 Electrical 
 Plumbing 
 Painting 
 Drywall 
 Purchasing
 Hauling 
 Snow removal 
 Lock and door repair
 Contractor Supervision
 In-unit semi-annual HVAC preventive maintenance for all 450 units
 General building maintenance tasks

We are looking for a professional with the following: 

 Minimum 2 years of experience in condominium maintenance or similar field.
 Must have a drivers license & reliable transportation.
 Able to pass a background check. 

Pay: $30 per hour and up, depending on experience.
