We currently have an opening for a Recreation Attendant, FL for a for a US based leading manufacturer of welding and cutting equipment & tools.

Full time: 8am – 7pm as scheduled, Monday – Sunday eligibility required.
Pay: $15-17 + Tips.

Job Summary
Artēs Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Recreation Attendants to join our Pool and Beach team at a luxury hotel on Singer Island. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, providing exceptional guest service, and helping create memorable vacation experiences. Recreation Attendants assist guests with pool and beach amenities while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the pool and/or beach
• Anticipate guest needs and address questions or concerns promptly
• Set up, maintain, and organize pool and beach areas, including chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cabanas
• Distribute and collect towels and recreational equipment
• Processing payments for rental equipment, activities, facility use, or retail items
• Assist guests with directions, resort activities, and general inquiries
• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with resort policies
• Maintain cleanliness of recreation areas throughout the day
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other resort departments
• Support special events, activities, and resort programming as needed
Qualifications & Skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Previous hospitality, recreation, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs without assistance
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Post job offer drug test and background check is required
Schedule Requirements
• Flexible schedule required (8am – 7pm, Monday - Sunday) including weekends, holidays, and peak resort seasons. Schedule can change weekly.
• Shifts may vary based on pool and beach operations
