Looking for Childcare Helpers for Church Events

We are seeking a reliable, caring childcare professional to supervise children during Saturday evening worship events at our church facility in Winter Haven.

Schedule:

Day: Saturdays
Time: 4:00–8:00 PM
Frequency: Event-based (with opportunity for consistent work)

Role Overview:

Provide safe, attentive care for children during worship events
Supervise play, activities, and quiet time
Keep kids engaged, calm, and secure
No teaching or curriculum required

Requirements:

Experience with children (childcare, babysitting, nursery, preschool, etc.)
Dependable and punctual (this is critical)
Patient, attentive, and trustworthy
Comfortable working in a church environment
Background check preferred or willingness to complete one

Pay:

$20–$22 per hour, based on experience
Paid weekly or same day (can be discussed)
