Meat Grinder | Patty Maker

We are currently seeking a Meat Grinder and Packager to join our team. This is a physically demanding position that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities:

Grind various beef blends
Package and box ground beef and patties
Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60+ lb. cases of beef (including lifting 50–60 lb. luggers overhead into grinders)
Able to stand and work on your feet for long periods
Able to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality
Quick learner—must be able to grasp job duties in a short time
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong sense of urgency when needed
Must be reliable and dependable
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience preferred

Shift Information:

Tuesday–Saturday
2:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (or until work is completed)

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $20.00/hour (higher based on experience)
